Downtown Adventure

Gregg had to work the day after Thanksgiving, but the rest of us decided to take the kids to see the lights at temple square. We thought Trax would be fun and I guess you could say we'll never forget it. Trax was absolutely packed on the way there and not as bad coming home. Future note to self...Christmas lights+Jazz game=Armpit in face.

Coming home.

Virg's for some yummy diner food...and no Brenda, not Virgins.

Full of Thanksgivingness

Thanksgiving was awesome this year! We had 130 Jacksons all come together and celebrate at a junior high school. Yes, I said 130! This was still a fraction of how big we really are. We had ping pong, bowling, balloon making, air hockey, a big screen TV for sports fans, basketball, fuse ball, movie's playing, dodge ball, oh yeah and TONS of food! I also have to mention the company was amazing. My thanks goes out to Erma's family for making it all possible. Especially, Don and Sonja for providing the facility and cleaning up after us. It was one of those days I will always remember.

All of my dad's brother's and sisters. We are missing Colleen who passed away when I was little and who's husband couldn't make it.

I

am... Lacey Camille Jackson Alexander
I think...too much about things
I know... My ABC'''s
I want... a new camera
I wish... elections were over
I had... an Acura in High school
I hate... Hearing about how it's the end of the world at church
I miss...living on a farm and living close to Erica
I fear... about food storage, ha-ha it's true though
I feel... better than I have in a long time
I hear... Hercules barking at the Schwan's man
I smell... The Kit Kat I'm eating
I crave... Potatoes and Gravy
I search... the internet for blogs (we all do!)
I wonder... what life will be like in a year
I regret...Not standing up for people in school
I love... when Gregg makes me laugh
I care... more than I let on
I always... want more
I am not... very outgoing
I believe... in the Church
I could... travel the world
I dance...in the car
I sing... always
I don't always... know what to say
I write... not very often
I win... rarely
I lose... my stuff everywhere
I never... go shopping a lone
I never listen to... know it alls advice
I can usually be found...at work or home
I am scared of... dirty toilets
I need... reassurance
I am happy about... the upcoming holidays
I tag...my sister in laws

Colby Zane

Curtis and Brenda had their baby on September 29, but I just barely got to meet him this weekend at his blessing. He's super cute and sweet and loves to cuddle. I believe this makes my side of the family up to 11 grandkids.
Colby Zane Jackson 5lbs 10oz 19in

My attempt at a family photo. I took a much better one with Curtis' camera, but by the time I got mine out the boys were ready to be done.
